Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your CASIO account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and generate a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Pack Your Device

  Securely place the product in its original box, including all manuals, accessories, and warranty cards, to ensure the item remains protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your return confirmation email to the outside of the package, ensuring any old shipping labels are fully covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
